towelBTC Elements is one of my favorite online resources for handpicked orGLAMic items.  A lot of the vendors are small designers and artists who share the same views on creating eco-conscious products.  I particularly like these Sweet hand printed tea towels that are handmade by artist Karen Young in New York.  They are made of a soy hemp blend and printed with water based non-toxic inks, and go from crisp to soft with wash and wear.  I like the hand-drawn orGLAMic designs, my favorite pictured above, that add a little bit of pizzazz without being garish. As any good “greenie”, I am addicted to Stella McCartney.  This latest tote by the eco-friendly (and cruelty-free) designer is a great way to get my fix without breaking the bank.   Recently honored at the 12th annual Accessories Council Excellence (ACE) Awards as the very first Green Designer of the Year, Stella McCartney continues her commitment to combining eco-conscious design with fantastic taste.  This bag is perfect for upcoming holiday travels as well as trips to the store.  (Remember to take a tote to the mall as you shop for the holidays…aren’t just for groceries anymore!) Click here to check out the entire orGLAMic Stella McCartney collection.  And if you are inspired to buy me something for the holidays, feel free!  ;)
