Listen up, Manly Monday readers! In my opinion, men can be transformed with a properly fitting jeans. Yes, it is that simple, and now can be done orGLAMically with a pair from Good Society. All of this company’s jeans are made of organic, fair-trade cotton, and are completely sustainable. Dyed with a natural dye, the rich finish of their washes are comparable (if not superior!) to conventional high-end denim lines that wreak havoc on the planet. Available in slim, straight and relaxed fits, there is an orGLAMic pair for every man out there. Click here to find a store near you.

All you eco-junkies are probably familiar with Deborah Lindquist’s namesake line, but that doesn’t mean that the “Rocker Girl Meets The Gypsy Collection” can’t get a little orGLAMic love too! We are always open to recommendations here at orGLAMic, and here is one that I got earlier this week. My friend Maria recently suggested the eco-friendly Wonder Under Legging*Org by Lululemon Athletica. Made of organic cotton yarn, these leggings are naturally breathable and are perfect for working out as well as in everyday life. I personally live in leggings and sandals, so hearing that these give the extra snug (read slimming!) fit is making me think I may have found my new favorite pair! Including tanks, sports bras and more, click here to browse the orGLAMic organic clothing at Lululemon Athletica.
Sling and Stones

For all you orGLAMic guys out there that want to look dapper this fall, check out Sling and Stones amazing denim collection. While the average cotton jeans contain 27% harmful chemicals, Sling and Stone’s organic Supima fiber is spun into yarn and then hand-loomed by a small family-run Japanese mill. My favorites are the Daniel slim fit jeans in the Freemont raw wash. Because they are raw denim you aren’t supposed to wash them (ever!) or they will lose their finish. Of course, if you absolutely have to, go ahead and handwash them – but nothing is more orGLAMic than saving water AND looking good! Our last orGLAMic offering for this Father’s Day is the organic remote pocket pillow. Just because dad is a couch potato doesn’t mean he can’t lounge in style. These orGLAMic pillows have a sleek little pocket for dad’s remote and are handmade out of hemp and organic cotton. I love that they are so simple yet a little cheeky. Pottery Barn’s Botanica collection is the latest to offer eco-friendly furniture on a budget, and we here at orGLAMic couldn’t be happier. Everything was thought of in the creation of the sofa shown above. It is framed in durable kiln-dried FSC wood, the springs are made of recycled steel covered in protective burlap, and the cushions are made of a blend of down, feathers, and fiber from recycled plastic bottles encased in a 100% unbleached cotton ticking. The sofa is available in three orGLAMic colors, all in organic cotton faille upholstery (walnut, pictured above, is my favorite).

Everybody’s favorite denim line has entered eco-friendly territory! J Brand Green Label has a selection of denim made from 100% organic cotton, but without sacrificing the flattering cut and superb quality that one expects from the infamous line. And now, when you buy a pair of organic jeans from J Brand, you also get a free canvas tote to haul your purchases (remember – not just groceries!) home. Personally, I’ve been living in dark wide-leg denim for the past year and am looking forward to lightening up a bit for summer- the perfect orGLAMic purchase. I just came across the West Elm line of organic bedding and bath products and I have fallen deeply in love!
My favorite are the organic animal print jacquard towels pictured above. They are made of plush 600-gram organic cotton made without pesticides or herbicides, and dyed with earth-friendly dyes. Despite my aversion to bright colors, which you may have noticed by now, the copperplate-colored giraffe print are getting the orGLAMic seal of approval this time around.
